Our Policies
Booking Policy:
When booking an appointment there is required 30% deposit. A valid credit card is required to be held on file to book an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
At JoLunnah we require a minimum of 48 hrs, should you need to cancel or change your appointment without a charge of your original deposit.
Refunds:
While we do not offer refunds, we are dedicated to ensuring complete satisfaction. If you are interested in an adjustment please let us know within 7 days of your appointment.

JoLunnah Salon and Boutique was born from a dream, a passion, and a deep love for family. I am a wife to Justin Lalloz and a proud mother to Jonnah and Lunna — the two beautiful souls who inspired the name JoLunnah.
My journey in the beauty industry began when I graduated from hair school in 2008. I have always been passionate about making people feel beautiful and confident, and over the years, I became a certified color specialist, perfecting my craft and growing my love for this art.
After returning from Brazil in 2020, my dream of owning my own business only grew stronger. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and in 2023, as if by destiny, the perfect place found me. It was in that moment that JoLunnah truly came to life — a place where creativity, family, and community come together.
Today, as the proud owner of JoLunnah, I pour my heart into every service, every client, and every moment behind the chair. This salon is more than a business; it’s a dream realized and a love story written in every detail.
